Our Products

Our treats are natural dog treats, carefully prepared and packed with love.

Because they are natural products, size, colour, and shape may vary slightly from pack to pack. This is completely normal and part of what makes natural treats special.

Feeding & Treat Safety Guide

Your dog’s safety and happiness are important to us. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when feeding treats.

🐶 Supervise While Chewing

Always supervise your dog while they are enjoying treats or chews to ensure they chew safely.

🐶 Introduce New Treats Gradually

Every dog is different and may react differently to new foods. When trying a new treat, introduce it gradually and monitor your dog’s response.

Please choose treats that are appropriate for your dog’s size, chewing habits, and calorie needs.

🐶 Fresh Water

Always provide fresh drinking water while your dog enjoys treats.

🐶 Natural Product Variation

Our treats are natural products, so size, shape, colour, and texture may vary slightly between batches.

🐶 Responsible Feeding

Pet owners are responsible for offering treats in a safe and responsible manner.

🐶 Treats Are Not a Meal Replacement

Our treats are meant to be enjoyed as rewards or snacks, and should not replace a balanced diet.

Orders

Once an order is placed, we will begin preparing it as soon as possible.

Some of our treats are made to order to ensure freshness and may take up to 3 days to prepare. Once ready, delivery usually takes about 2 days. The total lead time is approximately 5 business days.

Returns & Issues

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for pet treats.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us by email. We truly care about your experience and will do our best to make things right. Every case is reviewed with care and fair judgement.
